• Curing Requirements: 60 seconds in an LED lamp or 2 minutes in a UV lamp.

Application (4-Step System):

• Apply Primer for maximum adhesion and longevity.

• Apply 1 coat of Base Coat.

• Apply 2–3 thin coats of H.10 - Black Velvet.
