1. Returns & Hygiene Standards
Due to the cosmetic and sanitary nature of our products (including gel polishes, acrylics, and tools), we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. We also cannot return any items that have already been shipped out.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging our products, but we understand that transit issues can occur. If you receive a product that is damaged (e.g., broken glass, leaking bottles) or defective (e.g., a faulty LED lamp or curing issue):
• Please contact us at Sundaranails@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
• Once verified, we will issue a replacement.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable:
• Opened gel polishes, monomers, or liquid chemical products.
• Used nail files, buffers, or implements.
• Clearance or "Final Sale" items.
• Gift cards.
