Application Steps (4-Step System):

• Prep & Prime: Prep natural nails and apply Primer for maximum adhesion.

• Base Layer: Apply 1 coat of Base Coat (or an optional dark base color for extra contrast) and cure.

• Cat Eye Design: Apply 1 thin coat of Dreamy Starlight Cat Eye Gel, hover your cat eye magnet over the nail to construct your desired design, and cure immediately.

• Top & Seal: Finish with 1–2 coats of Top Coat to lock in the multidimensional shine.
